Al Jaeger to get ‘black box’ subpoena
November 13th, 2007 by Johnathan

More on the voting front:   A Tennessee activist is subpoenaing election heads in all 50 states in a lawsuit seeking to end “black box” voting, in which machines do all the counting.

This is problematic because most election systems sold to state governments come with proprietary software that isn’t open for public inspection.   We deserve a free and open election process.
